This is an exciting announcement for all of us here. Knits & Pearls will now be carrying KnitPicks Zephyr clear and Harmony wood interchangeable needle sets, Harmony wood straght knitting needles, and Harmony wood 5" and 6" double point sock needle sets.

ReplyDeleteWe've really been enjoying them! I (Julie) use the Harmony and, despite normally being a metal needle girl, really love the way the wood feels and the way the yarn slides off the tips. Adrianne is using the Zephyr acrylic set and loves those. For me the acrylic had a strange feel with some yarn; on feltable wool the way the yarn seemed to catch and slide had a feeling that inspired a nails-on-chalkboard sensation, oddly. The stainless are also great ... just not as pretty as the wood :) The cables attach securely, have a nice flexibility, and are smooth at the connection points. I'd definitely encourage giving them a shot! I think you'll really enjoy them.
